Tickets

The purchased e-ticket gives you the right to attend the conference. Payment for the tickets is made via the Wayforpay financial system (“WAY FOR PAY” Financial company LLC, RUEEOU code 39626179). The unique identifier (QR-code) contained in this e-ticket guarantees you a one-time visit to the conference. Presenting an e-ticket with an identical identifier by third parties deprives you of the right to attend the conference. In case of any problems, such as inability to read the identifier (QR-code), physical damage of this e-ticket, or in other cases, you have to contact the event organizers. By agreeing to the rules of ticket purchase, you accept the conditions mentioned above, agree to receive informational messages, allow your personal data processing, and confirm that you are aware of the restrictions that apply to the conference. Tickets received in printed or electronic versions are provided for verification at the entrance to the conference.

Please note that if your plans have changed and you want to reimburse the ticket price, this can be done no later than 72 hours before the event.

Please, note, that you must have one of the following documents to visit the event:

- Or a passport of vaccination against COVID-19 (1 or 2 doses);
- Or a negative PCR test;
- Or an express test (no more than 72 hours before the event);
- Or a certificate that you have recovered from COVID-19.
